Radiate (2014)

During one of my site visits I found thousands of dead ladybirds within the Lake Margaret houses. My surprise at finding these moved me to create an artwork that culminated in the creation of Radiate, a stylised Pelton turbine – referencing their use within the Lake Margaret power station. Through its use of allusion Radiate is intended as a meditation on connection, transience and transformation.
